If you are a Nutella lover, today is the day you give these peanut butter Nutella cookies a chance! These soft and chewy Nutella cookies with peanut butter creaminess are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

I’m going to be honest and just say up front that I’m not that much of a Nutella lover. I know I’m a weirdo. Everyone else seems to love it!
Nor do I really care much for soft cookies. I’m more of a crunch on the edges kind of person. But even I must say these Nutella peanut butter cookies we are sharing today are pretty darn good!

The Flavors of Nutella and Peanut Butter Together
Nutella and peanut butter are a heavenly pair when it comes to flavor combinations. The creamy and somewhat earthy flavor of Nutella perfectly complements the deep rich taste of peanut butter. This is why you see so many Nutella peanut butter combinations out in the world of desserts!
Making Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies
Kids enjoy helping with these peanut butter Nutella cookies. Since these are roll and drop cookies, even young kids have an opportunity to help.
You will prepare this recipe as you would most other drop and roll cookie mix.
You will start with melted butter and brown sugar. Next, add the egg and vanilla. (See our recipe card below for exact measurements.)
Then, add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
Split the dough in half, adding one half dough to one mixing bowl and the other half to a different mixing bowl. In one bowl, add the peanut butter and mix. In the other bowl, add the Nutella and mix.

Next, you will combine the two dough pieces together and, using a spatula, mix them together to create a bit of marbled effect.

We use a one-inch cookie scoop. The cookies are on the small side. You could move up to a larger size, but you will not have as many cookies in the batch.
The last step is to bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes. I prefer my cookies more on the 12-minute side for a bit more crispness!
