Nutella Peanut Butter Cookies

These tasty Nutella peanut butter cookies are easy to make and will satisfy the Nutella lovers' sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg large
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla
  • cup All purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Nutella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until fluffy with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract and mix very well.
  • Mix the flour, baking soda and salt into the mixture until well mixed.
  • Cut the dough in half and transfer 1/2 into a second medium sized bowl. Then fold the peanut butter into one and the Nutella in the other.
  • Combine both doughs in one bowl and mix them together with a spatula.  Mix until you have a marbled effect.
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough balls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake 9-11 minutes.
  • Remove from baking sheet and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
