White Chocolate Popcorn | Almond Bark Puffcorn - 2 Ingredients

Prep time is very fast for almond bark puffcorn. The melted almond bark sets quickly over the Chester's Butter Puffcorn.

Ingredients

  • 9.75 oz Chester's Puffs - Butter Flavor 3 bags
  • 24 oz Almond bark 1 brick
  • Sprinkles or chocolate drizzles optional

Instructions

  • Pour about 1/4 of the Puffs into a large bowl.
  • Place 1/4 brick of almond bark into a second microwaveable-safe bowl.
  • Microwave almond bark at 30 second intervals 2 separate times, stirring afterward each time.
  • At the 60-second mark, evaluate to see if you need to heat again. If so, try 15-20 seconds so as not to burn the melted candy.
  • Quickly, pour the almond bark over the bowl of 1/4 puffs. Stir with a wooden spoon as you do, moving evenly and quickly.
  • Spread the puffs on wax paper. (If using sprinkles, shake them over the puffs now before they set.) Allow to dry 15 minutes or so.
  • Repeat all the steps with the remaining three batches of puffs/bark.
  • Serve or store in an air-tight container.
