This cold peppermint cream cheese dip comes together so fast. It is delicious served with graham crackers, cinnamon chips, or vanilla wafers - like peppermint cheesecake dip in a bowl!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp Peppermint extract add to taste - you may prefer a bit more or a bit less
  • ¾ cup Peppermint crushed
  • 1 drop Pink food coloring Optional (for slight pink tint)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and condensed milk, beating until smooth.
  • Add peppermint extract and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in the crushed peppermint (reserving a little for garnish) and then the Cool Whip. If using food coloring, add in after the Cool Whip.
  • Scoop the peppermint mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Add the reserved crushed peppermint for garnish.
  • Chill for 3 hours or longer.
  • Serve cold with vanilla wafers, cinnamon chips, or graham crackers.
  • Keep chilled and refrigerate leftovers for up to two days.
