White Chocolate Popcorn | Almond Bark Puffcorn - 2 Ingredients

Prep time is very fast for almond bark puffcorn. The melted almond bark sets quickly over the Chester's Butter Puffcorn.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags 3.5 oz Chester's Puffs - Butter Flavor
  • 1 brick of almond bark
  • Sprinkles or chocolate drizzles optional

Instructions

  • Pour 1/2 bag of Puffs into a large bowl.
  • Place 1/4 brick of almond bark into a microwaveable-safe bowl.
  • Microwave bark at 30 second intervals 2 separate times, stirring afterward each time.
  • At the 60-second mark, evaluate to see if you need to heat again. If so, try 15-20 seconds so as not to burn the melted candy.
  • Quickly, pour the almond bark over the bowl of puffs. Stir with a wooden spoon as you do, moving evenly and quickly. (If using sprinkles, pour them in now, as well.)
  • Spread the puffs on wax paper and allow to dry 15 minutes or so. (If using melted chocolate drizzle, you would prepare that now and drizzle over the candy at this point.)
  • Repeat all the steps with the remaining three batches of puffs/bark.
