Ingredients
3.3ozWhite chocolate pudding
3cupMilk
30Golden Oreos
½cupUnsalted butter
16ozCool Whip
Yellow food coloring
Orange food coloring
½cupCandy Cornfor garnish
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding and milk. Whisk well until there are no more chunks and the pudding has dissolved, about 2 minutes. Allow to set in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
While the pudding sets, make the crust. Using a food processor, crush the Golden Oreos into a fine crumb. Place in a medium sized bowl.
In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Pour over the Golden Oreo crumbs and mix until it resembles wet sand. Press into a 13x9 baking dish.
Remove the pudding from the fridge and combine with half (8 oz) of the Cool Whip. Mix well.
Divide the mixture equally between two bowls. Tint one bowl yellow and the other orange. Mix well to ensure all the color is mixed thoroughly.
Spread the yellow pudding over the Golden Oreo crumb crust. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to solidify.
Remove the dish from the freezer and carefully spread the orange pudding mixture over the yellow layer. Freeze again for another 30 minutes to solidify.
Remove the dish from the freezer and spread with the remaining half of the Cool Whip (another 8 oz worth). Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Immediately before serving, place the candy corn pieces on top to decorate. (Do not add these until you are ready serve.)
