Key Lime Pie Dip

This no bake key lime cheesecake dip comes together so fast. It is as delicious as key lime pie but without the fuss. Serve this key lime pie dip with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup Key lime juice possibly up to ¼ more (¾ cup total)
  • 2 tbsp Lime zest reserving a little for garnish
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and condensed milk, beating until smooth.
  • Add key lime juice and mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in the lime zest (reserving a little for garnish) and then the Cool Whip.
  • In a serving bowl, add a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Scoop in half of the key lime mixture.
  • Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs and then scoop in the rest of the key lime mixture.
  • Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs followed by the reserved lime zest for garnish.
  • Serve cold with vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
  • Keep chilled and refrigerate leftovers for up to two days.
