Easy Blueberry Cream Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

This blueberry jam pie recipe with cream cheese is a family favorite! Made with blueberry jam and fresh blueberries, this is one sweet pie!

Ingredients

Pie Crust

  • 1 Graham cracker crust Prepared; 9 inches

Blueberry Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp Blueberry jam
  • 2 cups Cool Whip divided; can also use one cup heavy cream; beating in a separate bowl until peaks form
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh; for garnish/topping

Instructions

  • Prepare graham cracker pie crust according to box directions if making a homemade pie crust. Allow to cool while preparing the pie filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberry jam, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in one cup of Cool Whip.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture into the cooled pie shell. Set pie plate in the refrigerator until you are ready for the next step.
  • Allow the pie to set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or longer. Pie should be firm before slicing.
  • Top with additional Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream) and fresh blueberries.
