Delicious Cranberry Bacon Tortilla Roll Ups

These delicious cranberry bacon tortilla roll ups are the perfect party appetizer during the fall and winter months!

Ingredients

  • 1 brick Cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar shredded
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green onion chopped; optional
  • 4 Flour tortillas white, green or red

Instructions

  • In medium mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder together first. Then, add in all other ingredients except for tortillas.
  • Divide mixture among the four tortillas and spread evenly, leaving 1/2 inch gap or so around all edges.
  • Roll each tortilla as tightly as possible.
  • Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 12-24 hours (the longer the better as they will be easier to slice).
  • Remove plastic wrap and slice roll ups into about 1 inch slices with a serrated knife.

Notes

Green onions or pecans can be omitted if you do not desire these flavors.
