Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet potatoes medium to large
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash the 2 sweet potatoes well and dry them.
  • Peel and slice each potato lengthwise to make two halves. Slice each half into four wedges. You should have 16 wedges total.
  • In a small bowl, toss the seasonings together.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wedges with the seasonings and the tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Transfer the wedges to the preheated air fryer basket. Do not overlap. You may have to cook in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer. (Optional: spray the basket lightly with cooking spray first.)
  • Air fry the wedges at 375℉ for 8 minutes. Then flip the wedges and continue air frying for another 4 minutes until fully cooked inside and crispy on the outside.
  • Garnish with course salt or parsley. Serve sweet potato wedges with dipping sauce of your choice.
