Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

These crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts are ready in around 10 minutes. With a crispy outer edge and a soft meaty centers, these air fried Brussels sprouts with parmesan and lemon are such an easy side dish!

Ingredients

For Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Or vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice Divided (Preferably, freshly squeezed from lemon wedge but can use bottled lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan Grated

Instructions

To Prepare Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

  • Remove outer damaged leaves, trim off the heads of each Brussels sprout, and cut in half lengthwise.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Brussels, the oil, and two teaspoons lemon juice and shake around until all Brussels are coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the Brussels to the air fryer basket (or into an air fryer pan if you have one).
  • Cook for 8 minutes at 400° so that the sprouts sear a bit.
  • Top sprouts with the parmesan and cook for another two minutes. Multiple edges of the sprouts should be crispy and seared.
  • Spritz with one more teaspoon of lemon juice before serving.
