Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and vanillla and beat until mixture appears uniform.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add oatmeal, almonds, and white chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bottoms appear slightly browned.
Sprinkle immediately with sea salt, careful not to add too much.
Move cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
