Pumpkin Spice Latte (or Mocha) for the Slow Cooker
This Crockpot pumpkin spice coffee recipe is a breeze to make and can be modified for latte, mocha, or cappuccino. Celebrate fall (or anytime of year) by making latte at home!
2 tspDark chocolateshaved; optional, for cappuccino
Instructions
Mix the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice together. Cook on medium heat then add black pepper to taste.
Add in the sugar and keep stirring until the mix becomes like a syrup.
Transfer to a slow cooker, add the milk, vanilla extract, coffee, and cocoa powder (optional - optional if wishing for a mocha version), stir. Cook for 1-2 hours over high.
Serve in mugs.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice or nutmeg for a nice finish.

Tip
Swap the coffee for more milk to keep it caffeine free.
Notes
Use decaf coffee if you prefer a decaf pumpkin spice coffee drink.
