- 1 ½ cups Vanilla ice cream about 3 scoops
- 2 tbsp Caramel sauce
- 1 cup Apple soda not juice
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 1 tbsp Peanuts chopped; optional
In two chilled mugs, drizzle caramel sauce down the glass in various places.
Add 1 ½ scoops of vanilla ice cream to each mug.
Carefully pour over the apple soda until foam reaches the rim of the glass.
Add whipped cream.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over glass.
Drizzle more caramel sauce over the top.
