- 2½ oz Salami
- Camembert cheese
- 1½ oz Blueberry goat cheese
- 3 oz Prosciutto
- 1 cup Mozzarella balls
- ¼ cup Pecans
- ½ cup Candy Easter candy (or olives or candied jalapeños)
- 2 Tangerines
- 2 oz Sliced cheese hard cheese - like cheddar or Colby Jack
- 2 cups Pretzels or crackers of your choice
- 4 Marshmallows large - pink and white mixture
- 2 Candy eyes
- Mint fresh - just a sprig
- Flowers to decorate board
Cut the hard cheese slices in half, overlap the halves. Roll the cheese strips into a roll and secure with a toothpick. The result is a cheese flower. Fold the salami into four. Stack the salami slices in pairs.
Prepare the board. We chose a board with 4 recesses for dips. You can choose a regular board and add sauce pans to it. Mash the blueberry goat cheese with a fork and place in the dip. Place the cowboy candy, nuts and mozzarella in the other cavities.
Unwrap the Camembert. Cut the cheese in half. Cut one of the halves into 6 pieces. Set one part aside. Arrange the 5 pieces some distance apart. Make marshmallow bunny ears and nose and place on top of the cheese. Place the eyes. Make whiskers out of pieces of the fresh mint.
Place the prepared food and prosciutto on a board. Place the bunny in the center.
Fill the empty space with tangerine slices and pretzels/crackers. Do not put all the crackers in at once, you can add more as they disappear. Decorate the board with the additional mint and flowers. Add any extra Easter-y toppings you wish if you still have space on your board.
