- 3 cups Ham chopped (about 1 pound)
- 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
- ⅓ cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley fresh, finely chopped
In a food processer, pulse the ham to dice it into small pieces. If you do not have a food processor, you can dice the ham with a knife.
Fold in the celery and onion then stir in the mayonnaise and mustard.
Top with fresh parsley.
