Cranberry Turkey Sliders with Hawaiian Rolls for Thanksgiving

These leftover cranberry turkey sliders with Hawaiian rolls are great for Thanksgiving and the day after!

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 12 slices Turkey
  • 2 cups Stuffing leftover
  • 12 oz Cranberry Sauce
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese or Swiss
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • cup Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Cut all sweet rolls in half and lay bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Top the rolls with a layer of turkey, then a layer of stuffing, followed by a layer of cranberry sauce. Cover with slices of cheese. 
  • Place other half of rolls on top.
  • In a saucepan, combine butter, mustard, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil.
  • Run a knife in between all rolls to separate slightly.
  • Spoon (do not pour) sauce over the rolls.
  • Cover with foil. 
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
  • When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil for last 5 minutes of baking so tops of rolls brown slightly.
  • Best served hot out of the oven.
