Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Light brown sugar packed
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ cup Old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 8 oz Reese's Pieces candies about 1¼ cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl, and mix well.
  • Add half a cup of old fashioned oats to a food processor and pulse until fine and crumbly. Add the pulverized oats to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Add margarine, egg, and peanut butter to the bowl. With clean hands, mix until well combined and a soft dough is formed.
  • Add Reese’s candies and mix well. 
  • Form dough into approximately 1 ½ inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 9 minutes, or until bottoms are golden brown.
  • Let rest on the cookie sheet for about 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
