- 1 cup All purpose flour
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Light brown sugar packed
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- ½ cup Old fashioned oats
- ½ cup Margarine
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
- 8 oz Reese's Pieces candies about 1¼ cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl, and mix well.
Add half a cup of old fashioned oats to a food processor and pulse until fine and crumbly. Add the pulverized oats to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Add margarine, egg, and peanut butter to the bowl. With clean hands, mix until well combined and a soft dough is formed.
Add Reese’s candies and mix well.
Form dough into approximately 1 ½ inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes, or until bottoms are golden brown.
Let rest on the cookie sheet for about 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
