To Make Raspberry Lemonade and Ginger Ale Cocktail with Prosecco
In a pitcher, combine the raspberry lemonade to the ginger ale. Add the full 25 ounces of Prosecco. (You may wind up with a few ounces more of one than another. It's okay. Just aim to have each liquid equal about 1/3 of the mixture.)
Place pitcher in refrigerator and allow to chill until cool.
Fill individual cocktail glasses with ice (optional) and 6-7 raspberries per glass.
Pour mixed drink over the ice and raspberries and serve immediately.
Garnish with lemon wedges or rings and extra raspberries.
To Make Raspberry Lemonade and Ginger Ale with No Prosecco
**Do not put ice directly in the pitcher with the punch as it will eventually melt and dilute the overall punch. Instead, place a small amount of cubes in each individual glass immediately before pouring the drink and serving. OR freeze berries and use those in place of ice.
I have made this lemonade punch cocktail many times with the ginger ale and without. It turns out great either way!
