- 2 Mangoes
- ¼ Red onion chopped
- ½ Red pepper chopped
- 1 Jalapeno de-seeded and chopped
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 tsp Chili powder optional; can use more as desired
Dice up mango, red onion, red pepper, and jalapeño.
In a large bowl mix together diced mango, red onion, red pepper, and jalapeño.
Cut 2 limes in half and squeeze juice over diced mixture.
Mix until everything is well incorporated, sprinkling in the optional chili powder at the end.
Serve with tortilla chips as a mango salsa or alongside tacos/quesadillas/burritos/meat.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-5 days.
