- 20 slices Rye party bread (rye. sourdough, or pumpernickel)
- 8 oz Spinach dip must be thick
- 1 oz Colby Jack cheese ¼ cup; shredded; can use other varieties
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop one spoonful of the spinach dip onto each slice of bread.
Top each slice with a bit of shredded cheese.
Bake bread for 7-8 minutes or until the bread takes a toast-like texture on the edges. (Keep an eye on it so the dip doesn't overcook and dry out.)
Serve warm.
