Cream Cheese on Crackers Appetizer Recipe with Boursin and Radishes

This fancier take on cheese and crackers is actually a very simple recipe whipped up in 5 minutes! Using Boursin cheese, sliced radishes, artisan crackers, this cream cheese and crackers is a perfect party appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Crackers artisan style
  • 5.2 oz Boursin Cheese
  • 6-8 Radishes small to medium
  • 2 tbsp Chives or Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Lay out crackers on serving platter, and spread with thin layer of Boursin cheese.
  • Wash and slice radishes into thin slices.
  • Depending on size of cracker, add 2-3 slices of radishes on top of Boursin, overlapping slightly.
  • Evenly sprinkle dried chives or with red pepper flakes (your choice) on top for color.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving (for a short period of time).
