Dill Pickle Dip Recipe

This easy dill pickle dip recipe is the perfect cold party dip for your game day gatherings and cookouts. Served with tortilla chips or potato chips, this dip brings to mind a fried dill pickle taste explosion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dill pickles It doesn't matter whether you use whole pickles, sliced pickles, or pickle chips as you will chop them into little pieces anyway.
  • 1 package Cream Cheese 8 ounces, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Pickle juice Reserved from pickles
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Garlic Pepper blend You can purchase this pre-made or mix 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tbsp garlic, and 1 tsp black pepper. The more colorful and coarser, the better.
  • cup Dill pickles Chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Chop the cup of dill pickles into small pieces.
  • In medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the final 1/8 cup chopped pickles. Mix well.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with remaining chopped pickles and dust with a bit of extra seasoning.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
