Ingredients

  • 25 oz Simply Lemonade with Blueberry *Chilled (about half the bottle)
  • 24 oz Sprite Chilled
  • 75 ml Prosecco Chilled; can also use champagne or any sparkling wine; 75 ML is about 25 ounces
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh
  • 3 cups Ice Optional

Instructions

To Make Pink Blueberry Lemonade Punch with Prosecco

  • In a pitcher, combine the lemonade, Sprite, and Prosecco in equal parts.
  • Place pitcher in refrigerator and allow to chill until cool.
  • Fill individual cocktail glasses with ice (optional) and 6-7 blueberries per glass.
  • Pour blueberry lemonade cocktail over and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges or rings and extra blueberries.

To Make Pink Blueberry Lemonade Punch with Only Sprite (No Prosecco)

  • To a pitcher, add equal parts blueberry lemonade and Sprite.

Notes

**Do not put ice directly in the pitcher with the punch as it will eventually melt and dilute the overall punch. Instead, place a small amount of cubes in each individual glass immediately before pouring the drink and serving.
I have made this lemonade punch cocktail many times with the Sprite and without. It turns out great either way!
