With a blueberry jam and cream cheese filling and a thick homemade graham cracker crust, this pie is the perfect cold blueberry pie to serve to guests.
Ingredients for No Bake Blueberry Cream Pie
- Prepared graham cracker crust (or ingredients for making one: graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar)
- Cream cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla
- Blueberry jam
- Cool Whip
- Fresh blueberries for garnish/topping
Start with Your Own Homemade Graham Cracker Crust
A crust can make or break a pie, right? Why serve a pre-made graham cracker crust when making one from scratch is so easy and just as affordable? We keep boxes of the Keebler graham cracker crumbs so I can whip up my own crust whenever the whim hits. The recipe right on the back of the Keebler box works great!
Personally, I love how thick the homemade graham cracker crusts are. That crust-to-filling ratio is super important! Of course, if you are short on time, the store-bought graham cracker crusts will do just fine!
Make No Bake Blueberry Jam Pie Filling
This no bake blueberry pie with cream cheese filling couldn’t be any easier! The secret to our no bake blueberry cream pie is store-bought blueberry jam. Yes, jam! It adds such a layer of blueberry sweetness to the blueberry cream cheese pie filling. I used Old School blueberry jam in these photos, but I have also used Stonewall Kitchen blueberry jam as well. Both are great jams!
- Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in blueberry jam and then Cool Whip.
- Pour blueberry jam pie filling into prepared pie crust.
- Set in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight until pie is set.
Oh, my goodness! This no bake blueberry cream pie recipe is the best – so good that we might have even had some for breakfast after our photo shoot!
Easy Blueberry Cream Pie with Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients
Pie Crust
- 1 Graham cracker crust Prepared; 9 inches
Blueberry Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp Blueberry jam
- 2 cups Cool Whip divided; can also use one cup heavy cream; beating in a separate bowl until peaks form
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh; for garnish/topping
Instructions
- Prepare graham cracker pie crust according to box directions if making a homemade pie crust. Allow to cool while preparing the pie filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberry jam, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in one cup of Cool Whip.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into the cooled pie shell. Set pie plate in the refrigerator until you are ready for the next step.
- Allow the pie to set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or longer. Pie should be firm before slicing.
- Top with additional Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream) and fresh blueberries.
