I chose to add this post on my own without additional compensation because we had an awesome time in Springdale, and I wanted to share more details here on my website.

HomeGrown in Downtown Springdale
Home Grown, a farm-to-table restaurant, has three locations, with downtown Springdale being one. The “cultivate kindness” mantra is everywhere – from the sign on the wall to the t-shirts of the employees.
And this mantra even ties into the fact that the ingredients are sourced from local farmers and vendors. Be sure to take in all of the unique details of this casual yet chic eating spot – from the locally sourced woodwork to the honey bottles to the honeycomb shapes everywhere to the modern tableware.
Children can even color and complete an original Home Grown postcard at their table and drop it into the “Kindness Matters” mailbox, and the restaurant will mail it for them! Our girls sent postcards to both sets of grandparents as a surprise.
As for the food…all we can say is this place is a must-try! The buttermilk pancakes and the slow-cooked salsa verde pork, potatoes, and egg skillet are out of this world!
The whole menu is offered from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM so you don’t have to miss out on your favorites!

The chic and upscale atmosphere is more relaxed than you might expect at a fine dining establishment – without a strict dress code and with a welcoming attitude of children. I felt we may have been a tad bit underdressed, but there were other people dressed in similar clothing to us. I’m just someone that prefers to be overdressed than underdressed, in general.
