Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ice
  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Coconut rum
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Lemon lime soda
  • Simple syrup for garnish
  • Coconut flakes for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the simple syrup onto a small plate and the coconut flakes onto another.
  • Add the ice, Blue Curacao, Coconut Run, Peppermint Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Lime Soda to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Dip a glass upside down into the simple syrup so that you’re coating the rim.
  • Next, dip the glass upside down in the coconut flakes.
  • Pour the content of the blender into the glass.
  • Garnish with a cherry or two.
