- 1 lb Penne
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 8 Bacon slices
- 15 oz Ricotta
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Parmesan
- ½ cup Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a large stock pot, cook the pasta to the state of al dente.
In a second pan, fry the bacon slices in a dry frying pan until crispy, and then drain and crumble it.
Add crumbled bacon, sour cream and Alfredo sauce to the pasta. Mix.
Mix the eggs with ricotta, salt and pepper.
Add chopped parsley and minced garlic. Mix.
Add the grated parmesan and mix.
Add the egg-cheese mixture into the Alfredo sauce mixture. Mix.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese melts.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving with a side salad or vegetable.
