Bacon Alfredo Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Penne
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 Bacon slices
  • 15 oz Ricotta
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • ½ cup Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a large stock pot, cook the pasta to the state of al dente. 
  • In a second pan, fry the bacon slices in a dry frying pan until crispy, and then drain and crumble it.
  • Add crumbled bacon, sour cream and Alfredo sauce to the pasta. Mix.
  • Mix the eggs with ricotta, salt and pepper. 
  • Add chopped parsley and minced garlic. Mix.
  • Add the grated parmesan and mix. 
  • Add the egg-cheese mixture into the Alfredo sauce mixture. Mix.
  • Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving with a side salad or vegetable.
