- 1 cup Ham chopped
- 1 cup Bacon chopped
- ½ cup Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar shredded
- 9 Eggs large
- ¼ cup Milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 12 Tarts Mini pie shells
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a large bowl whisk eggs well, combine milk until mixed. Add ham, bacon, chopped spinach, 3/4 of cheese, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
Place all 12 tart shells on a baking sheet.
Use a 1/4 cup measure cup to measure mixture and pour evenly into tart shells.
Add a pinch of cheese on top of each tart.
Bake quiches for 18-20 minutes until puffy in the middle and slightly golden brown.
Serve warm with a side of fresh fruit.
