Mini Ham Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ham chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon chopped
  • ½ cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar shredded
  • 9 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 12 Tarts Mini pie shells

Instructions

  •  Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a large bowl whisk eggs well, combine milk until mixed.  Add ham, bacon, chopped spinach, 3/4 of cheese, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  • Place all 12 tart shells on a baking sheet.
  • Use a 1/4 cup measure cup to measure mixture and pour evenly into tart shells.
  • Add a pinch of cheese on top of each tart.
  • Bake quiches for 18-20 minutes until puffy in the middle and slightly golden brown.
  • Serve warm with a side of fresh fruit.
