Air Fryer Quiche

- 1 Pie crust Prepared; 8 inch
- 2 cups Pork sausage Cooked and crumbled
- 1½ cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
- ½ cup Onion Diced
- 6 Eggs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Parsley (Optional)
Pre-heat the air fryer to 325°f.
Roll out the dough and flatten it to fit the 8” air fryer pie pan.
Place the pie crust in the pie pan and form it to the pan. Cut the remaining crust outside the pan.
Mix the cheese and cooked sausage crumbles. Add to the pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the seasonings.
Pour the eggs into the pan.
Place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook at 325°f for 15 minutes until the center is firm. (Make sure the quiche is firm before removing.)
Remove basket from the air fryer and let the quiche cool to allow it to solidify.
Serve with a side of fresh fruit and enjoy!
