Air Fryer Squash and Zucchini

Ingredients

For Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

  • 2 Yellow Squash large
  • 2 Zucchini large
  • cup Sliced onion (Optional)
  • ½ tbsp Olive oil Or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper Or other spicy seasoning of your choice

Instructions

To Prepare Air Fryer Zucchini and Squash

  • On a cutting board, slice the zucchini and squash into 1/4 inch slices.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the zucchini and squash slices, the oil, and all seasonings.
  • Optional: Mix in sliced onion.
  • Add the squash and zucchini slices into the air fryer basket, carefully overlapping a little but not overcrowding.
  • Cook for 5 minutes at 400° and shake/flip basket.
  • Cook for 5 additional minutes at 400°.
  • Serve as a side dish for a meat or as a stand alone veggie serving.
