- 32 oz Kidney beans light red, drained
- 15.5 oz Great Northern beans drained
- 2 cups Pork pulled
- ½ cup Onion chopped
- ½ tbsp Cumin
- ½ tbsp Chili powder
- 16 oz Salsa Verde
- 1 cup Water
In a stock pot or large saucepan, add all ingredients in order as listed and stir.
Bring to a boil.
Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
