Ingredients

  • 32 oz Kidney beans light red, drained
  • 15.5 oz Great Northern beans drained
  • 2 cups Pork pulled
  • ½ cup Onion chopped
  • ½ tbsp Cumin
  • ½ tbsp Chili powder
  • 16 oz Salsa Verde
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • In a stock pot or large saucepan, add all ingredients in order as listed and stir.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Serve green pork chili with lime wedges and tortilla chips.
