Disclaimer: I am often provided media passes to Vintage Market Days Little Rock in exchange for social media coverage. I enjoy my visits so much, I decided to publish this informative post although it was not a requirement of my hosted visits.
If you are planning a visit to Vintage Market Days Little Rock, you are in for a treat! It is a fabulous shopping experience. Today, I’m going to share a few tips and suggestions based on my own experiences so you can go in prepared to have the best time!
I have been hosted with guest passes at several spring and fall Vintage Market Days Little Rock events. Each time, my friends and I had a wonderful time and found some great home decor pieces, gourmet food items, and trendy clothing pieces.
What is the Vintage Market Days Event?
For my post, I am talking primarily about the Little Rock Vintage Market Days event. But throughout the year, there are Vintage Market Days in many locations aside from Little Rock, Arkansas. Maybe you are planning to visit one of the events in northwest Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, South Carolina, Florida, etc.
The first times I started noticing the promotions for Vintage Market Days Little Rock, I was instantly drawn in though I still wasn’t quite sure what to expect.
Basically, the event offers a full shopping experience with many vendors from all over the country under one roof. The events happen each spring and fall in various locations. In Little Rock, the events the last few years fell during March and September and have been held at the Little Rock Fair Grounds. Many of the vendors sell handmade items, collected vintage pieces, gourmet food items, and holiday decor. There are also some trendy clothing booths. For whatever reason, I’ve noticed many of my favorite vendors seems to be out of Oklahoma.

What to Expect at Vintage Market Days Little Rock Spring Event
At the spring Vintage Market Days, you can expect to see tons of greenery, bunnies, and all things Easter-y.
What to Expect at Vintage Market Days Little Rock Fall Event
You guessed – all the fall goodness you can imagine will be at the fall Vintage Market event. Pumpkins, flannels, autumn berries galore. In addition to fall items, you will also see lots of Christmas season treasures. It is luscious mix of all things holiday!
Tips for Preparing for and Arriving at Vintage Market Days
- Wear comfortable shoes and comfy clothes. There aren’t many seating options around the event center, aside from a few seating spots outside. You will be on your feet a lot.
- Vintage Market Days is not a “get it for cheap” type of event. There are many quality handmade items at this event, and they are marked as one might expect. Do not arrive thinking you are coming for discounted merchandise.
- Arrive early! This place fills up fast. The more it fills up, the more difficult it is to weave in and out of the booths.
- Take a small rolling cart or easy-carry shopping bag to hold purchases.
- Measure spaces in your home before you go (a note on your phone comes in handy!). Take a measuring tape in your bag so you know for sure when you’ve found THE piece!
- Stop for a fun photo at the photo backdrop – usually right at the entrance of the facility (sometimes there is one right as you enter and then another on the other side of the doorway to the event center). The selfie you take at this entrance area will also serve as your “ticket” back inside in case you go outside to eat, take items to your car, or leave and come back later.
Tips for Browsing Vintage Market Days Little Rock
- Although the event has “vintage” in the name, much of the merchandise is not vintage at all (although a lot of it is). Go in expecting to see a mix of vintage and new! (You need both when styling spaces…always!)
- Be sure to stop by Mad Dash Mixes and sample the soups, dips and desserts! Buy 2 or 20! (If you like spicy, the Jalapeño Chowder is amazing with crawfish tails!)
- Grab a white chocolate cheesecake apple at Apples Gone Wild
- Don’t miss some of the handmade jewelry booths! There are some amazing pieces there!
- If you love decor inspired by nature, you MUST visit Nature’s Lot.
- Take a break and grab a walking taco outside in the food truck area! Yum!
I hope you have fun on your adventure to Vintage Market Days Little Rock. This event lends itself to the perfect girls day out outing!
