We teachers go all in when it comes to organizing baby showers at work. The thing is we usually have zero budget to spend on these showers so we are the masters of creativity, recycling, rounding things up from home, and repurposing! In my list below, I am including some of the ideas and themes we have used over the years. Of course, you don’t have to just use these baby shower ideas for spring at work. Luau Baby Shower for a Spring Baby Shower Theme (or Summer)

No better time for a luau baby shower than spring or summer! My coworkers and I had such fun celebrating one of our sweet teacher friends with these luau baby shower ideas!

Luau Baby Shower Decor

Some of our staff members already had the luau inflatables at home. These flamingo inflatables and tiki bar inflatables made a huge impact at the event.

The party tables came together in a line with a large inflatable flamingo float in the center as a joining point and a center piece. On the large projector screen in our school library, a digital copy of the school-wide invitation was displayed.

On guest tables were simple centerpieces of faux palm trees and a balloon flamingo.
