Simple Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Shredded Chicken with Ranch
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken breasts fresh or frozen
- 1 oz Ranch seasoning dry seasoning in packet
- 24 oz Salsa verde divided
Instructions
- In large slow cooker, add all the chicken pieces.
- Carefully, sprinkle in the ranch dressing and cover with about 2/3s the jar of salsa verde.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When done, chicken should shred very easily with two forks.
- Shred and use for desired recipes, adding some of the remaining salsa verde, if desired.
