If you like blueberries and lemonade, stick around for this simple pink blueberry lemonade punch with Prosecco. And when I say simple, I mean simple! It is such a simple lemonade party punch for your next party! This pink lemonade cocktail is perfect if you are wanting an alcoholic drink with lemonade. Not interested in cocktails? Simply make one ingredient change for a refreshing pink blueberry lemonade perfect for the whole family. You can easily turn this easy Simply Blueberry lemonade punch with Prosecco into a blueberry lemonade punch non alcoholic style by exchanging the Prosecco for Sprite or Ginger Ale.
It usually isn’t until summer rolls around that you remember how refreshing a good blueberry lemonade can be. I love all things blueberry! You might find I have quite a few blueberry recipes here on this little bloggity blog. I will link them below!
Luckily, Simply Lemonade with Blueberry came to the rescue for all four gatherings.
For easy after-school gatherings with my teacher pals, I need something simple that can be thrown together quickly. While the blueberry pink lemonade versions with the homemade blueberry syrup are delicious, there is often no time for all that. Sometimes, you just need something satisfying that can be put together in five minutes!
Making Simply Blueberry Lemonade Punch with Prosecco
First, add one bottle chilled Simply Lemonade with Blueberry to one bottle chilled Prosecco in a large pitcher and stir it up. In each glass, you will pour the chilled lemonade over fresh blueberries and ice. Garnish a lemon wedge on the side of each glass for some extra flair.
You can add ice if you choose. I personally just prefer mine chilled with no ice since the ice melts and dilutes drinks so fast on these warm nights.
See? I told you it is simple!
Substitutions for Prosecco
If necessary, you can substitute a different sparkling wine for Prosecco (which originated from Prosecco, Spain) in this Prosecco drink recipe. You can also substitute champagne. Did you know that real champagne is actually a sparkling wine from a specific region (Champagne, of course) in France?
The taste of the lemonade cocktail will change a bit depending on which one you use. I would suggest slowly adding in the sparkling wine and check for taste as you go.
Making Pink Blueberry Lemonade Punch with Sprite (No Alcohol)
Maybe for a family gathering, you prefer to forego the alcohol in your pink blueberry lemonade. Or maybe you just prefer a mocktail rather than a blueberry lemonade cocktail. We all know blueberry lemonade is delicious either way!
Simply switch out the champagne or Prosecco for Sprite and you are good to go! And if you prefer, this easy blueberry lemonade drink can be made with Ginger Ale rather than Sprite.
