With so many school districts doing online instruction right now and so many offices and companies teleworking, people are feeling unnaturally isolated right now. Many of us are used to being with our work families as much or more of the day than with our own biological families. To help with this sudden disconnect, many of us have taken to setting up private Facebook groups or groups on other social media platforms as a way to stay connected. Today, I am sharing two sets of Facebook post engagement graphics here for you to download and use with your Facebook engagement post ideas.
These Facebook engagement questions can be used as one way to stimulate interaction among colleagues on the page. Note that most Facebook groups for staff members are purely in existence for fun and social interaction. Typically, these groups are not a place for serious workplace discussion.
Perhaps your workplace has not started a private Facebook group for social interaction yet. If you are a teacher or school employee, you might check with your admin team to see if there is any interested to create a private Facebook group for your school staff to continue camaraderie and positive connections while schools are closed or participating in online instruction. And the same goes if you work at a non-school site.
Daily Theme Engagement Questions for Facebook Groups
The first set of engagement questions is geared toward a set type of question for Monday through Friday. There is also a general weekend question. I would encourage you to add other Facebook posts to your Facebook groups – such as memes, polls, surveys, funny video clips, etc. But having a daily Facebook group autopost each day will make your life easier and will provide some consistency to the group. Social media engagement is not always as easy as it seems. Any help is nice!
I made the set of images generic enough so they could be used for Facebook engagement in most groups. For Tuesday, there are two options – a “teacher talk Tuesday” for school staff and a “work talk Tuesday” for non-school employees to use.

“What Are You Up To” Facebook Interaction Post Ideas
We’ve all seen the “what are you reading, what are you watching, etc.” Facebook interaction posts. I have created a group of images that can be set as Facebook group auto posts on the days you want them. They can be used on a weekly rotation if you are pinched for additional content (or even if you aren’t).
What Are You Up To Questions for Facebook Engagement
We can all make the best of this time working from home by expanding our usual methods of interaction! I hope you enjoyed these Facebook engagement post ideas!
