Family Boho Chic Outfits for Fall Photo Inspo

I can’t believe I forgot to share our blue and purple color scheme for our boho fall photos! I absolutely love these fall boho outfits – especially the boho chic outfits the girls are wearing.

When I placed the order for the girls’ outfits from Bailey’s Blossoms, I really didn’t consider the outfits to be boho clothing. But once I got a look at these gorgeous photos by Lori Sparkman, I realized my girls are seriously rocking some bohemian clothing.

SB’s Boho Skirt and Boho Accessories

OMG. I love how Lori captures the behind-the-scenes moments with my girls. Just look at this sweet shot she got!

Scooter Britches’ blue boho maxi skirt is everything! I got one for Little One, too. But it was way too big for her at the time of our shoot. The deep plum scarf and the diminutive floral headband adds a little gypsy bohemian flair to her boho gypsy clothing.

While the boho skirt and contrasting colors of blue and purple bring drama, the plain white shirt brings simplicity.

LO’s High-Low Boho Maxi Dress (or Romper)

I’m not sure if I should call Little One’s outfit a boho maxi dress or a boho romper. It really is more of a romper but has the maxi dress tail on back. Either way, it is precious! The deep plum color is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for autumn. Since LO is wearing one less boho accessory than SB, I gave her the more dramatic boho headband to pair with her boho maxi dress.

Mommy’s Boho Dress

Looking back on these pictures, I wish I had chosen a boho maxi dress also. In fact, I wish I had either girl’s outfit myself!

My floral boho dress, from Old Navy, complements both girls’ boho chic outfits in color. The flowers pick up the blue and purple color scheme. The mustard yellow dress also has boho sleeves that are not super dramatic but just enough to give a casual boho vibe.

Our casual boho dresses work really well together via mustard and purple color scheme. The jewel tones are beautiful together!

I feel our boho chic outfits work because my dress pulls in all the colors – the deep purple of LO’s dress, the maroon of the Hub’s shirt and SB’s scarf, and the gray of the Hubs’ jacket.
